Regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges:

For order cancellation, you can cancel any orders before they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

We are committed to making your customers happy, and therefore, we provide the following refund options:

  1. Refund if the item is not as described or damaged.
  2. Refund minus the shipping cost if the customer doesn’t want the received product. In this case, the customer must return the unused item at their expense to our warehouse.

Please note that refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. The customer’s order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  2. The customer’s order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by natural disasters.

Here’s how refunds, returns, and exchanges work on sidehustlenz.com:

  1. If a customer reports a damaged or incorrect product, they must provide photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
  2. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, the customer should file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
  3. In the case of a missing order, if the package is delivered based on the tracking number update, but the customer claims they didn’t receive it, they should file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you don’t report the issue within the specified time frame, the order will be considered delivered and satisfactory.

If you encounter any of the situations mentioned above, it is important to report the issue within 14 days of receipt; otherwise, the product will be deemed delivered and satisfactory.

To request a refund, return, or exchange:

  1. If a customer requests a refund, return, or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team via email at support@sidehustlenz.com and provide any required evidence.
  2. Once we approve the refund, return, or exchange, the customer must return the product to our warehouse at the following address: 15795 ROCKFIELD BLVD SUITE G IRVINE, CA 92618, USA.
  3. The customer should provide a tracking number for the returned product.
  4. Once the tracking number is provided (or after we receive the returned product), we will either ship a replacement product or process a refund minus the shipping cost, which will be credited back to the original method of payment on file.
